Bio: An English Language student who lives by the sea and can be often seen stalking Benedict Cumberbatch's online profiles. If I'm not spending my time pressed up against the windows of cake shops then I'm rambling about stories in the press. I do love cake.

  1. Hi Deannacian, thanks for introducing yourself by following our site. We look forward to exploring yours! If you’re on facebook we invite you to visit the RAXA Collective page. Happy New Year and see you there! (and we love anyone who loves cake…)

  2. Check out my tunnel of fudge cake recipe. While the fudge part was not as gooey as I would like, it was to die for! Thank you for signing up to follow my blog! I hope that you will enjoy my posts! ^..^ B

  3. Hi Deanna, I wanted to thank you for the follow!
My blog is a bilingual one. So you may get links to poems in English as well as to some in Italian… Pictures, on the other hand, have no language barriers
    Keep up the good work.
    Anna

    • Oh my! You just broke my heart, how can you not love Benedict???!!! I may have to go find a big chocolate gateau to drown my sorrows πŸ˜‰ happy viewing/blogging/life in general. πŸ™‚

  4. Ah yes cake. In my final year I consumed many and gained much. I need the sugar fix just to keep my brain ticking over. Now I have a degree and a spare tyre that plagues me. I confess I know nothing of B.C, Hemingway and other post modernist authors of his era were my staple reading at Uni. I am reading The Finkler Question at the moment. It’s interesting to read Man Booker Prize Winner’s Novel and see how the writing styles differs, what works and what doesn’t.
You have an adorable site Deanna. I might use the same theme to publish love stories.

  5. I just discovered Cummberbatch’s Sherlock this year. I think I would stalk him too if I wasn’t so old & infirm! And I love cake! Thanks for following Benzeknees!
